Daniel Fagan MSPFP, MPAS™, AIF®

Managing Partner, Senior Wealth Management Advisor
860-748-2552

With 30 years of experience, Daniel Fagan is dedicated to helping academics, physicians, and executives navigate complex financial decisions. As Managing Partner of Radiant Wealth Management, Dan specializes in advanced planning areas such as executive compensation, tax-efficient strategies, and estate planning. He has worked with leaders of prestigious academic institutions across the Northeast, providing highly customized financial solutions tailored to their unique goals.

After 17 years at TIAA Financial Services, where he developed expertise in serving high-net-worth clients, Dan founded Radiant Wealth Management to focus on building fewer, deeper relationships—unlike many larger firms that prioritize constant client growth. This shift allows him to provide more personal, hands-on guidance that adapts to each client’s evolving financial needs and aspirations.

Dan holds a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning (MSPFP), the Master Planner Advanced Studies (MPAS) designation, and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) certification. His commitment to long-term relationships and proactive service ensures that his clients receive the clarity and confidence they need to achieve their financial goals.

In addition to his professional work, Dan is a member of the East Hampton Economic Development Commission. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Rebecca, and their four children—Cory (with his wife Alaina and their son Casey), Timothy (with his wife Tori), Jacob, and Sianna. He also enjoys basketball, hiking, cooking, and time with family and their dogs.

*Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) is a designation obtained through the Center for Fiduciary Studies. This designation represents a thorough knowledge of and ability to apply fiduciary practices. Prerequisites for the AIF® include a point-based threshold on a combination of education, relevant industry experience and/or professional development. Once the prerequisites are met, one must successfully complete the AIF course and pass a proctored exam. To maintain this designation, the designee must ascribe to a professional code of ethics, maintain current contact information, complete 6 hours of continuing education each year, and pay annual dues.
