John is a partner and senior wealth management advisor at Radiant Wealth Management. He has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry as a financial advisor and portfolio manager for clients in the education, not-for-profit, research, and medical fields. He also works with business owners.
John takes a “need-based” approach to each client relationship beginning with the financial plan designed to meet the client’s financial and personal goals. Then with a disciplined approach to maintaining specific risk levels in the portfolio tied to those goals. John helps his clients pre-and post-retirement from retirement income to estate planning. His approach is always putting the client’s interest first.
Before founding Radiant Wealth Management, John spent 15 years as a wealth advisor at TIAA-CREF where he provided investment advice, portfolio management, and financial planning services for clients.
John maintains a series 7, 66, 24, and life insurance licenses. He received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Redlands.
John lives in Northford, CT. He has two adult children, Jake and Jordan. John enjoys traveling and gardening.
Daniel Fagan is the Managing Partner and Sr. Wealth Management Advisor at Radiant Wealth Management, bringing over 25 years of dedicated experience in helping academics, physicians, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals in the arts and entertainment community achieve their financial goals. Radiant Wealth Management’s approach, grounded in academic principles, focuses on low-cost, tax-efficient strategies with a core emphasis on comprehensive financial planning.
Dan’s credentials include a Master’s degree in Financial Planning (MS), the Master Planner Advanced Studies™ (MPAS™) designation, and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) certification. These qualifications reflect his unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility and delivering tailored financial guidance.
Before founding Radiant Wealth Management, Dan spent 17 years as a Sr. Wealth Management Advisor at TIAA Financial Services, where he perfected the art of providing high-touch, personalized financial advice. His clients appreciate the individualized attention and proactive engagement he offers, ensuring their financial plans are always aligned with their evolving goals and needs.
At Radiant Wealth Management, Dan blends cost-efficiency with exceptional, customized service, offering a competitive edge in the wealth management industry. He meets with each client quarterly, fostering a proactive relationship that keeps their financial strategies on track and responsive to life’s changes.
Dan is married to his wife Rebecca and has four children – Cory (and his wife Alaina and their son Casey), Timothy (and his wife Tori), Jacob (18), and Sianna (17). In his spare time, Daniel enjoys playing basketball, hiking, spending time with his family and dogs, and cooking.

*Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) is a designation obtained through the Center for Fiduciary Studies. This designation represents a thorough knowledge of and ability to apply fiduciary practices. Prerequisites for the AIF® include a point-based threshold on a combination of education, relevant industry experience and/or professional development. Once the prerequisites are met, one must successfully complete the AIF course and pass a proctored exam. To maintain this designation, the designee must ascribe to a professional code of ethics, maintain current contact information, complete 6 hours of continuing education each year, and pay annual dues.
Kristine Moore is a Senior Client Relationship Manager with over 20 years of securities industry experience.
Before joining Radiant Wealth Management, Kristine served as a Senior Client Relationship Consultant for TIAA for eight years. In this role, she assisted in developing financial plans, implementing financial strategies, and servicing client accounts. In addition, her industry experience includes serving as a Financial Advisor at Fidelity Investments and a liaison on the Corporate Bond Trading Desk at Smith Barney.
Kristine has two sons and a daughter – ages 27, 25, and 22. Kristine enjoys tennis, working out, cooking, and traveling in her spare time.
